If you need any further assistance you can fill out a Request Form and our support team will analyze your case and make an appropriate appointment for you.

Online consultations are medical visits that are conducted via online video/audio calls or chat with licensed medical professionals. The «Doctor World» platform offers a seamless interface for remote communication with doctors through video/audio consultations and chat, accessible via our website. All you need is access to a video camera. Patients can conveniently upload medical records when sending a request for consultation, evaluation or any other service, to be assessed by the doctors. Following the consultation, patients receive a comprehensive medical report from the physician, ensuring clarity and continuity of care.

The duration of the consultation varies depending on the tariff you choose.

The cost of the online consultations can vary as they depend on various parameters such as length of consultation, type of tariff and medical field. Telephone consultations are conducted via classic telephone lines and in some cases via messengers such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber. The final choice of the method of making a call depends on the availability of different types of communication and is agreed upon individually.

For video consultations we prefer to use our own Video Server based on the Zoom platform. In the for patients section you will find step-by-step instructions on how to connect to a Video Consultation. In individual cases, other video conferencing services can be used.
