Can doctors on «Doctor World» treat an emergency?

No. If you have an emergency, call the emergency services phone number in your country or visit the nearest hospital.

In many countries, dialing either 112 (used in Europe and parts of Asia) or 911 (used mostly in the Americas) will connect you to the local emergency services.

What are the costs?

Consultation and other service costs vary based on service type, chosen tariff, and individual preferences. How to book an Appointment?

Here is a step by step instruction on booking:

  1. Firstly make sure to select a service that you want to book
  2. Secondly Select a doctor that provides previously selected services depending on a review, country or language knowledge
  3. Pick a date and time
  4. Review your selected choices
  5. Insert your personal details and pay for the selected services
  6. Get a summary of every step and an email with all necessary details of your appointment
What payment methods we support?

We are using Stripe as our main payment gateway which supports 3D Secure protocol.

When working with card data, an information security standard developed by the international payment systems Visa and MasterCard is used – Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), which ensures secure processing of the holder’s bank card details. The data transfer technology used ensures security for transactions with bank cards through the use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocols.

Pick a date and time and complete the Personal Form and submit your request to the doctor. Appointment should be confirmed instantly, proceed with the payment and begin your consultation on chosen date/time. If you don’t know which doctor you need and require help, use our “Find me a doctor” function available on the homepage. If you need any further assistance you can fill out a Request Form and our support team will analyze your case and make an appropriate appointment for you.

What is an online consultation and how does it work?

Online consultations are medical visits that are conducted via online video/audio calls or chat with licensed medical professionals. The «Doctor World» platform offers a seamless interface for remote communication with doctors through video/audio consultations and chat, accessible via our website. All you need is access to a video camera. Patients can conveniently upload medical records when sending a request for consultation, evaluation or any other service, to be assessed by the doctors. Following the consultation, patients receive a comprehensive medical report from the physician, ensuring clarity and continuity of care.

How long does the consultation last?

The duration of the consultation varies depending on the tariff you choose.

How much does an online consultation cost?

The cost of the online consultations can vary as they depend on various parameters such as length of consultation, type of tariff and medical field. There are several tariffs for online consultations as per your convenience and needs. The price and tariff details can be viewed under the profiles of the doctors.
