3. Medical Disclaimers

  • No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Use of the Platform does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and any Providers. All consultations and advice are intended for informational purposes only and do not replace the need for an in-person medical consultation or emergency services.
  • Not for Emergencies: «Doctor World» is not suitable for handling medical emergencies. In the event of an emergency, please contact local emergency services immediately.
  • Accuracy of Information: While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, «Doctor World» makes no representations or warranties regarding the reliability, completeness, or accuracy of any content or services provided on the Platform.

4. User Obligations and Responsibilities

By using «Doctor World», you agree:

  • To provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and use of the Platform.
  • Not to use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purposes.
  • To comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to healthcare and privacy.
  • Not to impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Not to post, upload, or transmit any content that is offensive, defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful to others.
